We are seeking an experiencedHVAC service technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What will you do?

• Prepare and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment.
• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
• Support the setup and layout of HVAC systems following blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with local HVAC codes and regulations during installations.
• Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.
• Assist in explaining the installation process and timelines to customers.

What will you bring?

• 1+ years as an HVAC technician helper
• Residential HVAC experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient knowledge of different models of HVAC systems

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  
  May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $60k to $200kannually (Pay depending on performance). The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
