EFS Service Technician

PREREQUISITES Strong electrical and mechanical background.
2 years' experience in an electrical or electro-mechanical service industry.

Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical systems, variable frequency drives, DC drives, soft-starts, electrical circuitry and motor controls.

Valid California driver's license with driving record that meets company criteria.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

JOB DUTIES Analyze various mfg. schematic diagrams.

Troubleshoot and test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipment.

Requisition all required parts and materials for each job.

Repair equipment to customer satisfaction.

Verify repairs using various start up testing procedures.

Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.

Observe all safety procedures and use proper PPE.Perform other duties as directed.
