FRIENDS OUTSIDE in California seeks a Senior Social Worker to serve as the court-based navigator for youth in the REDIRECT project. You will identify eligible youth, conduct screenings, and coordinate diversion referrals with court personnel and community providers.
You will collaborate with the Public Defender's Office, OVP, Behavioral Health Services, and partners to promote trauma-informed, strengths-based services that support long-term stability and reduce justice-system involvement.
