As a Delivery Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand across a dedicated regional route. You'll deliver top-quality cheese products with care, build rapport with our valued customers, and play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

• Safely operate a company vehicle on established routes to deliver our award-winning dairy products in the San Jose market area.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers, introducing new products and sharing updates on pricing and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and professional presentation at customer locations, including product rotation and merchandise arrangement.
• Collect and reconcile payments, accurately completing daily transaction records.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and communicate feedback to internal teams.
• Assist with new customer acquisition by highlighting the benefits of doing business with Rizo Lopez Foods.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability on the road.

• 21 years of age or older with a valid, properly classed driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability.
• Strong basic math skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• The mindset of a brand ambassador: friendly, responsive, and customer-oriented.
• Experience with delivery driving or route sales a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
