The Welbe Health PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community‑based services. The Welbe Health Transportation Dispatcher coordinates all transportation services for participants and potential enrollees, and oversees vehicle safety.

• Oversee scheduling of transportation services to ensure maximum efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with drivers on route changes and updates throughout the day to ensure timely participation in appointments.
• Route participants daily for internal and external appointments, ensuring participants are on time and drivers receive appropriate breaks and lunches.
• Provide timely documentation in the medical record for participants that cancel or are no shows, and communicate missed appointments or cancellations with the clinic team.

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Current valid Class A, B, or C driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Copy of most recent vehicle insurance.
• Driver’s license of at least five (5) years with no more than one moving violation or one at‑fault accident in the last three (3) years.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a public or private transportation setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a dispatcher setting within your market area.

Base salary of $23.00 to $27.27 per hour plus bonus, with a total rewards package including 401(k) match, comprehensive health coverage, and additional benefits. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
