You already know what a bad freight situation looks like. Changing lanes every few weeks, dispatch that doesn't know your name, and a paycheck that looks different every Friday. This three-state dedicated reefer position was built to eliminate all of that. California, Nevada, Arizona same customers, same area, same truck. The only thing that changes is your pay rate, and that only goes up.

• $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross
• $60,000 to $65,000 annually, more with previous experience
• Starting rate $0.55 CPM, reaches $0.61 CPM by month 6
• Higher entry rate available depending on your experience level
• Monthly bonus up to $0.06 per mile based on prior month's miles
• Bonus paid monthly, on top of your base mileage rate
• Weekly guarantee requires 5 to 6 days worked
• $300 paid at orientation completion

Graduated from an accredited CDL program with 120 or more verified training hours? You are eligible:

• Mentorship program with structured training before solo dispatch
• Pay guaranteed throughout your entire training window
• No commercial driving experience required beyond your graduation

• Approximately 3 turns per week, around 6 loads total
• Home weekly, Sundays off, option to keep running if freight is available
• Dedicated customer base, consistent freight, no surprises
• Pay package applies while operating within CA/NV/AZ lanes

• Valid CDL-A, 21 or older
• Recent CDL graduate with 120 or more accredited training hours, or verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen required
  
  No at-fault accidents or major violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI within the last 5 years
• Employment gaps no more than 6 months in the past year, 12 months across the past 3 years
