WAREHOUSE Order Selector

Shift: Swing Sunday through Thursday - 2:00PM - 4:00PM until complete

Pay: $24.00 - $27.83/hr. plus weekly incentives up to $4 per hour available based on attendance, teamwork, and productivity. Ending shift times may vary based on volume.

Order Selector General

Summary:

Use the voice pick system to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner while filling the tote in the correct sequence.

The ideal candidate must have a strong drive to work hard, excel in a team environment, have a keen eye for detail, and a sense of urgency.

Essential Job Functions:

Order Selector - Eaches and Repacks or Cases

• Use the voice pick system to pick orders accurately and in a timely manner, filling the tote in the correct sequence
• Learn the order of the aisles and their sections, learn product and its location, matching UPC code on product to the picking remote listening device
• Position pick tags on product to facilitate deliveries

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and accuracy
• Manual dexterity (finger, hands, wrist); multi-limb coordination; near vision; trunk strength
• Ability to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders
• Ability to work well with other employees to foster teamwork while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours a shift

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), consistent work history with reliable attendance is a must.
• We are eager to train the right candidates
