SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately storing and picking merchandise, and preparing outbound orders in accordance with company procedures. The Warehouse Associate also helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and assists in periodic inventory counts.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Organize and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipping
• Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Ensure outgoing shipments are complete, properly packed, and labeled
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet operational goals
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Proficient in basic computer use and inventory systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

• Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, reach, and lift
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate objects, tools, or controls
• Prolonged periods of standing or walking
• May be exposed to varying temperatures or warehouse noise
