Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Multiskilled Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with strong maintenance and fault-finding experience to work across a range of commercial and industrial environments.

As an Mobile Multiskilled Technician, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across electrical systems and building services throughout Northern Ireland.
Duties will include:- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault-finding and repairing distribution boards, motors, pumps, emergency lighting and electrical plant
- Working with building management systems (BMS)
- Supporting mechanical maintenance including HVAC, pumps, valves and air handling units
- Carrying out basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
- Completing work in accordance with BS 7671, Mitie standards and statutory requirements
- Completing accurate maintenance records and service reports
- Providing excellent customer service across client sites
- Participating in an on-call rota approximately one week in every 4-5 weeks
- Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
- Following all Health & Safety and compliance procedures
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
- 18th Edition
- Previous electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good computer literacy, including Word and Excel
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
- Experience with in facilities management, commercial or industrial building services
- Experience using computerised PPM systems such as Maximo
The successful candidate will travel across Northern Ireland and will be provided with a branded commercial vehicle and fuel card.
