Overview
Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 4:30PM. After-hours call support on a rotational basis. The Field Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide logistical support to all Field Service leadership and Technicians in their related functions to better enable personnel to provide the best service repairs available in the industry.
Responsibilities- Initiate, maintain and process work orders from open to close
- Achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and profitability
- Ensure all work orders comply with the SOPs for service operations, including
- Proper PO#s
- SIMS entries
- Outside Purchase Order management
- Warranty compliance
- PI/PSP compliance
- Answer field service office phone calls
- Issue PO#s to vendors for sub-let work and materials and account for those invoices upon receipt
- Prepare work-orders for warranty processing to include report, pictures, claim stories
- Advise PSRs of their customer machines that are being repaired in the field
- Communicate with customers on repairs status and related business
- Scan necessary work order documents
- Comply with work rules and company policies
- Any special projects deemed necessary
- Maintain monthly jobs exception report
- Conform to industry and company performance metrics and benchmarks
- Process all credit card and third-party billing systems (ARIBA)

Pay rate: USD $25.00–$29.00 per hour.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of administrative and customer service experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- Working knowledge of SIMS, SIS
2.0 and DBSI is a plus - Accounts receivable and payable experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to carry on effective communication with customers to maintain a high level of customer loyalty
Work environment and travel:
This position works in an office environment most of the shift. May sit at a desk for long periods; may answer telephone calls and use a keyboard. Noise levels vary.
