Position

Summary

The Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional first impression. This position handles incoming calls, greets visitors, supports scheduling and office operations, and helps keep communication flowing smoothly between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Greet customers and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
  • Schedule and confirm appointments as needed
  • Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
  • Support the office team with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, emails, etc.)
  • Keep the front office area organized and presentable
  • Assist with outbound follow-up calls when needed
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software
  • Prior receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and courteous in a fast-paced environment
