Position Summary

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the schedules for all three of our customer‑facing departments:
Sales, Production, and Service. Your mission is to maintain full, accurate, and efficient calendars across teams while delivering outstanding communication and coordination for both customers and coworkers. Your work ensures that every lead is run, every job is completed, and every customer is cared for.

What You'll Do
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales, Production, and Service teams
  • Maintain full calendars by actively monitoring availability and filling open spots
  • Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointment details, reschedule when needed, and answer questions
  • Coordinate internally with department managers and field staff to ensure job readiness and team alignment
  • Update the CRM with accurate, real‑time scheduling information
  • Prioritize urgency, geography, and resource availability to maximize team efficiency
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or last‑minute changes
