• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for waterproofing projects.
• Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather necessary data.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and project documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive estimates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior internship or experience in construction estimating is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
