We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cabinet Sales & Bilingual in Spanish Customer Service Specialist to join our client's team. This role is responsible for maintaining expert-level knowledge of our cabinet product lines, delivering exceptional service to walk-in and remote customers, and ensuring smooth order processing from consultation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude in reading layouts, and proficiency in CRM and order entry systems.

Job Qualifications Include:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience with order entry and CRM systems (e.g., Quick Books, Fishbowl, Net Suite).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize cabinet part codes and sizes.
  • Experience in kitchen and bath design or layout interpretation is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

Product & Showroom Expertise
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all cabinet lines, including specifications, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
  • Inspect and organize the showroom daily to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment.
Customer Service & Sales
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to walk-in customers and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist clients in selecting products that meet their design and functional needs.
  • Read and interpret kitchen and bathroom layouts to identify appropriate cabinet codes and configurations.
  • Enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Collect payments and regularly review customer accounts for updates or follow-ups.
  • Handle returns, replacements, and product issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Obtain and respond to customer feedback, resolving complaints in a timely manner.
Relationship Management
  • Maintain organized customer files and records.
  • Re-engage past customers through calls and emails.
  • Attract new customers by providing product and service information.
  • Report customer needs and trends to management, recommending new products or services.
Administrative & Team Support
  • Assist with generating reports and supporting special projects as assigned by management.
  • Attend training sessions and networking events to stay current with industry trends.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Details Include:
  • Temp to Hire
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • $18 an hour
