We’re looking for a Customer Care Dispatcher to play a key role in supporting our operations, with a primary focus on inventory management and customer troubleshooting
, and a secondary role in dispatching service technicians. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy solving problems while helping customers, we’d love to meet you.

• Manage and track inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability of equipment
• Assist customers with troubleshooting security systems and resolving issues efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly support
• Document service requests and updates using company software
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians as needed
• Communicate clearly with technicians to support successful service visits

• Experience in customer service, inventory management, or dispatching (security/alarm industry a plus)
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• A customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism
