• Install, configure, and troubleshoot commercial security systems
• Provide responsive, respectful customer support (on-site and remote)
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless service
• Document work with clarity and accountability
• Handle escalations and unexpected issues with confidence and professionalism

• Experience in alarm/video/access/fire (5 years preferred)
• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and professional
• Valid driver’s license, clean background, and willingness to travel locally
• A mindset of service, collaboration, drive, integrity, honesty, and professionalism — we hire for values first
