Engineering Administrator

Responsibilities

• Release and manage production job orders
• Review, print, and match job orders with corresponding shop prints and layouts before releasing to the production floor
• Ensure all components, materials, and documentation required to build machines are accurately entered and aligned
• Perform data entry for routings, bills of materials (BOMs), and production records
• Maintain accuracy and consistency within ERP systems
• Support Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions as needed
• Assist with general administrative tasks and cross-functional coordination
• Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced production environment

• 2+ years of professional experience working within a manufacturing environment – Will look at entry-level if they have an internship, work experience, etc.. throughout college.
• Ability to accurately release and manage production job orders in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to review, match, and validate shop prints with job orders prior to releasing to the production floor
• Ability to manage high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy (routings, BOMs, job details, etc..)
