What You’ll Do
- Partner with Value Stream leaders to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance flow and meet business goals.
- Act as a Lean resource and trainer, building team capability in tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Support teams in improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement (SQCDE).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Facilitate problem-solving to address root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Track and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, inventory, and productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and ensure consistent performance.
- Suffer from boredom – you will always be doing something different and coming up with innovative ideas and solutions.
- Sit behind a desk – you’ll partner closely with team members and supervisors on our shop floors as well as our facilities around the world.

- A lifelong learner with a passion for advancing your career and raising your hand when opportunities arise.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (i.e., Business, Engineering); or 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 3–5 years manufacturing process experience (assembly and/or machine shop)
- Progressive Continuous Improvement experience with strong business acumen and results-driven leadership
- Lean expertise in flow, pull systems, and transformation/change management
- Owner mindset focused on driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitable growth
- Ability to read technical drawings and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality teams
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to set time standards and support manufacturing needs
- Skilled in data-driven communication and presenting to all levels of leadership

$110,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
