Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for August 11-25 at their Corporate Health clinic in Mokena, IL. Provider will see ages 6 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, wellness visits, & Occupational Health issues. Hours are Monday 9:00am-7:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.

Detailed shift needs are August 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, & 25.
