Brookhaven Market is hiring a Full-Time Deli Manager (onsite) in Mokena, IL, paying $22–$25/hour. This role exists to keep our deli department running smoothly, looking sharp, and serving customers with speed, care, and consistency.

• Lead and coach deli associates
• Ensure fresh, great-looking deli meats, cheeses, and ready-to-eat items
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, rotation, and waste control
• Support sales goals, budgeting, and promotions
• Build schedules, watch labor costs, and resolve day-to-day challenges

• Proven experience as a Deli Manager or similar retail/food service management role
• Strong deli product knowledge and food safety expertise
• Confident leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting with multiple priorities
• Inventory control and waste‑reduction know‑how
• Able to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
