Outside Sales Representative

Fleet Pride is the largest after‑market distributor of heavy‑duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S. with more than 270 locations in 45 states, providing brand‑name parts, exclusive brand products, in‑house remanufactured items, and repair services.

The Outside Sales Representative will sell Fleet Pride products and services to current and prospective customers in a competitive B2B environment. The role focuses on maximizing sales and gross profit in a defined territory by growing share within existing accounts and acquiring new customers.

• Develop and maintain account plans, identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Plan and conduct sales calls, anticipating barriers and documenting outcomes in CRM tools.
• Ask open‑ended questions to uncover current and future opportunities, building trust and diagnosing customer business needs.
• Communicate fleet value, gather feedback, and identify ways to increase mutual value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary resources and elevate issues for resolution.
• Maintain product knowledge, comparing Fleet Pride offerings to competitors and positioning advantages.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of B2B sales experience; heavy‑duty equipment distribution or related industry experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in mechanical aspects of the fleet industry.
• Experience with CRM and sales automation tools a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic database tasks in Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Annualized pay range: $35,568 – $109,000, based on experience and skills.
• Eligible for monthly bonuses/commissions.
