As a Sales Inspector, you will meet homeowners to assess their needs and propose custom solutions for waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space problems. You will not engage in cold calling or door knocking; our marketing team provides high‑quality leads. Your role involves showing up, building trust, and closing the deal. Work Monday through Saturday, managing 8 leads per week, with a competitive commission structure and uncapped earning potential.

• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners to assess basement, crawl space, or foundation issues
• Diagnose problems and educate homeowners on potential solutions
• Present and close proposals using company‑provided tools and training
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with customers
• Accurately complete contracts, job notes, and CRM documentation
• Deliver an outstanding experience that builds trust and long‑term relationships
