Strategic Account Executive

Clearwave Fiber LLC seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth in our fiber-based telecommunications services for enterprise customers. In this role, you will prospect and close high-value accounts, cultivate executive relationships, and understand complex business needs to position Clearwave's fiber, internet, and voice solutions. You'll manage a full sales cycle, from territory planning and pipeline development to proposal creation, contract negotiation, and handoff to delivery teams, while operating in a customer-obsessed, safety-focused, and community-minded culture that rewards initiative, collaboration, and results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new strategic enterprise accounts in assigned territory
• Manage and grow relationships with executive decision-makers at key accounts
• Understand customer business needs and design tailored fiber connectivity solutions
• Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and pricing in partnership with internal teams
• Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure successful delivery
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account plans in CRMMeet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
• Represent Clearwave Fiber at industry events and customer meetings in the region
