Seasonal – Overnight shifts (Mon & Tues off)

Salary: $20.00 per hour

• Patrol assigned areas regularly to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the premises to ensure all doors, windows, and access points are secure.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance or emergencies, such as medical incidents, disturbances, or accidents.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports detailing security incidents, disturbances, and any other noteworthy activities during shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries, directions, and other needs.
• Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to uphold security standards and ensure compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

• Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
• 20-hour state security certification and PERC Card (Required).
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School diploma required; further education in security administration or a related field preferred.
