This is a full-time, on-site Mechanic role located in Mokena, IL. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various aerial equipment, such as booms, scissor lifts, and forklifts. Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair for aerial equipment and heavy machinery
• Expertise in Heavy Equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues through effective Troubleshooting
• Experience working with aerial equipment such as booms, scissor lifts, and forklifts
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols
• Completion of vocational training or certification in mechanics, or equivalent hands-on experience
