Air Freight and Drayage Dispatcher

We are hiring an experienced Air Freight and Drayage Dispatcher to manage time-sensitive and regulated freight moving through major airport hubs and ports. This role is designed for operations professionals who understand air freight, TSA requirements, and drayage workflows and can keep freight moving when timing and compliance matter.

Dispatchers coordinate shipments from origin through final delivery while working closely with carriers, terminals, customers, and internal teams.

• Coordinate air freight shipments across major airport hubs
• Work directly with air carriers on time-critical moves
• Understand and follow TSA requirements and regulated freight processes
• Manage drayage operations including port pickups, terminal coordination, and chassis planning
• Schedule and track pickups, transit, and final delivery
• Resolve service issues and provide clear updates to customers and partners
• Maintain accurate shipment details and communication in the TMS

• Ensure all shipments follow company policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicate clearly and professionally under pressure
• Take ownership of shipment outcomes from start to finish

• Prior experience in air freight operations required
• Familiarity with major airport hubs and air carriers
• Working knowledge of TSA compliance
• Experience with drayage dispatch and port operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

• Access to an established carrier network
• Full transportation management system (TMS)
