FRIDAY - MONDAY NOC We are searching for an experienced, compassionate Caregiver to join the team at Bear Creek Memory Care in Molalla, OR. As a Caregiver at Bear Creek Memory Care, you will provide personalized and compassionate care to elderly residents with dementia and other forms of memory loss. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care and helping to improve the quality of life for seniors.

- Maintaining a safe and clean environment to ensure the well-being of residents.
- Following directions from Medtechs and managers in providing direct care services.
- Assisting residents with their daily activities such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Listening and responding to resident needs and communicating their health status to Medtechs, RCC, and RN.
- Maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Caregivers are responsible for ensuring that they work in a safe manner, that they support other employees in working in a safe manner, and that unsafe actions are corrected.
- Caregivers are responsible for fostering teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, taking actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
- US Work Authorization.
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Previous experience in caring for elderly persons with dementia and Alzheimer’s is preferred but not required.
- Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Must have excellent communication and listening skills.
- Compassion and patience are a must.
- Must be able to follow protocol and work with a team.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently or with minimal direction.
- Must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
