Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
The District Manager leads Ant Farm’s work in Molalla and surrounding communities, providing strong supervision, operational oversight, and community leadership. This role ensures that all Ant Farm programs and services in the district, Youth & Family Services, Housing Services, and Workforce Development, are consistently supported, aligned with Ant Farm’s mission and values, and effectively delivered. Success in this role depends on active communication and partnership with every manager and director, ensuring policies are followed, services are coordinated, and staff are well supported.
The District Manager anchors Ant Farm’s presence in Molalla, strengthening programs, staff support, and community relationships. While focused on Molalla, this role will eventually support Ant Farm’s gradual growth into surrounding communities as opportunities develop, starting with building relationships and partnerships in those communities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in staff supervision, program coordination, and cross‑department collaboration required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to manage facilities, support community partnerships, oversee program outcomes and reporting, and represent the organization professionally in the community.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with directors and program managers while serving as the primary district lead.

Classification: Exempt
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $26–28/hour, salaried

Open Monday - Friday, 2pm-6pm
