Schedule:

Night Shift | 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Flexible scheduling available)

Opti Staffing is hiring for a growing manufacturing company in Molalla that specializes in precision machining. This is a smaller shop with a strong team environment and a high volume of work, offering steady hours and long-term stability for an experienced CNC Setup Machinist.

• Set up and operate two Haas CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Load tooling, set offsets, and perform machine setups for production runs.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Make tool wear offsets and minor program adjustments as needed.
• Keep machines running efficiently while maintaining production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Previous experience setting up and operating Haas CNC mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and offsets.
• Ability to work independently on night shift while maintaining quality standards.

• Experience setting up and running Haas CNC milling machines.
• Ability to perform complete machine setups with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

• Experience making minor program edits at the machine.
• Experience working in a high-production manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GD&T and tight-tolerance machining.
