Pay: £12.85
-13.51 per hour + £96 per sleep-in (usually 2 per month)

Shifts:

2 on / 2 off (12 hr Shifts) includes 2 waking nights per month

We are recruiting passionate, resilient individuals to join our clients award-winning residential care team in Wrexham. This 7-bed home supports young people aged 11–18 with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities, providing a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, heal and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting young people with their emotional, behavioural and day-to-day needs

* Promoting independence, education, and positive routines

* Contributing to a structured, therapeutic environment

* Working collaboratively with a dedicated, supportive team

What You’ll Receive

* Competitive pay: £12.85 per hour

* Sleep-in allowance: £96 per sleep when required

* Consistent shift pattern: 2 days on / 2 days off

* 2 waking nights per month as part of rota

* Average annual salary of up to £32,000

* Full training provided – qualifications not essential
