Southpark Psychology in Moline, IL is looking for an evening medical receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work with a team as well as independently in a busy office environment and has strong customer service skills.
This is a part time evening position with typical hours of 4:00 pm to 9:00pm Monday
- Thursday. There is some flexibility in these hours. Our ideal candidate is reliable, self motivated, and efficient
- greeting, checking in and scheduling patients
- answering phones and communication with patients and providers about appointments
- processing patient payments
- entering patient data including insurance information
- A positive attitude!
- ability to work evening hours
- basic computer and data entry
- ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
