Service Drive Porter

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Service Drive Porter to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with the new vehicle service check-in process, maintaining an organized service drive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and provides excellent customer service while supporting the service department.

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the service drive.
• Check in new vehicles and prepare them for service.
• Move, park, and organize customer vehicles safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
• Assist service advisors with vehicle flow and customer needs.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds when needed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers after service is completed.
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and dealership standards are followed.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
