As a Materials & Services Planner, you will coordinate indirect material and service needs, converting requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders, resolving order and invoice exceptions, supporting stakeholders, and executing annual planning processes. This position is ideal for strong communicators with efficiency in business systems and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Convert requisitions and shopping carts into purchase orders
- Resolve blocked invoices, order delays, PO transmission, and shopping cart errors
- Provide education, training, and on-demand support to suppliers and internal customers
- Execute annual framework planning processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency with Microsoft Office products
- 1+ years of supply management or logistics experience
- Experience with SAP Materials Management
- Customer service and Procure-to-Pay (Requisition to PO) process knowledge
- Data & analytics experience with tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
