As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Service Center team supporting customer interactions and dispatch operations. What's the Job?
- Receive incoming calls from customers seeking service assistance and accurately identify them in the Remedy database.
- Dispatch elevator service technicians to building locations efficiently and accurately.
- Provide professional guidance to technicians on using communication systems when needed.
- Monitor call queues to ensure prompt response and minimize wait times for customers.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
What's Needed?
- Ability to learn computer software quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating call volumes.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and report promptly.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
