Moline, IL 61265
Shift: 8 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Overview

This role supports the C&F Marketing Communications team by developing training curriculum and producing high-quality video content for customers, dealers, and internal teams. The position blends creativity, instructional design, and digital asset management to support marketing, sales, and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital asset archiving and trafficking with accurate metadata.
  • Write scripts and contribute to video production for customer, dealer, and employee audiences.
  • Assist with special projects including event videos, product features, workarounds, and instructional content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and effective materials.

Purpose

  • Develop training curriculum and performance improvement materials for products, processes, and systems.
  • Collect, organize, and validate content from multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Support the transition from content development to delivery.
  • Work collaboratively on projects from initiation through completion.

Major Duties

  • Analyze HR data, identify trends, and assist in generating insights that support business decisions and employee engagement.
  • Design learning sessions and maintain curriculum content ensuring high learner engagement.
  • Deliver training sessions or workshops and evaluate learning outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development interventions.
  • Prepare complex documents, organize information, and summarize data for reports.
  • Respond to internal or external inquiries regarding processes, policies, and documentation.
  • Contribute to development center materials, feedback tools, and assessment documentation.
  • Provide support to assessors and assist individuals in development planning.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and keep current with industry practices and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in video production or digital content creation.
  • Strong writing, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience working with digital asset management systems.

Work Experience

  • Basic experience coordinating tasks or supporting team workflows (4–6 months).
  • Solid understanding of standard processes or systems (7–12 months).
