ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key leadership and coordination with project team members and consultants from project inception through completion.
- Strong business development.
- Experience directing and managing the project team, mentoring staff, and representing the firm to the client.
- Stay on schedule and within budget on design projects while making authoritative decisions and recommendations of significant impact related to the project.
- Responsible for the technical planning and execution of the project documents.
- Contribute in client presentations and/or meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Professional registration.
- Minimum of 10 years architectural experience, with a proven leadership track record.
