Obgyn, Doctor​/Physician

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering both inpatient and outpatient services, with a focus on delivering high-quality care across a range of OB/GYN procedures and services.

• Fetal monitoring
• Management of low-risk pregnancies, including histories of twins, toxemia, and pyelonephritis
• Fetal heart rate interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
• OB ultrasounds – performance and interpretation
• Complicated delivery – C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs, repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations
• Office/minor gynecology procedures including IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
• Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures – tubal ligation, LOAs, chromic intubation
• Operative/major procedures – ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs

• Modern birthing center with 16 LDRP rooms
• Level II Nursery and dedicated surgical suite
• Outpatient office located on campus
• Rotating call schedule of 1:4
• Partnership with local FQHC for community care
• Support from seasoned RNs and staff

• The goal of 3 physicians with support from APPs
• 30% C-section rate

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
• IL license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
