The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, coaching experience at the collegiate level, and a strong understanding of NCAA Division I rules. The salary ranges from $34,200 to $38,004 annually, commensurate with experience, and benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and paid time-off.
