• Assist the classroom teacher in planning and implementing high‑quality on‑site bilingual (English and Spanish) instruction and assessment for children ages birth to eight.
• Aid in the supervision of children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, transitions, toileting and field trips.
• Ability to stand, walk, and interact with children for extended periods.
• Fill in, as needed, for Teacher no more than 25 hours per week.

As soon as possible on an as needed basis.

Hourly Wage: $15.75

Temporary, extra help positions are not eligible for benefits.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of credentials required by Illinois Department of Children and Family Services for employment as a Child Care Assistant.

For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). The degree must be conferred at the time of application.
