Adjunct Faculty - Psychology Instructor

General Information & Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate classroom instruction in Psychology courses either online or at QC Campus (Moline, IL) and/or East Campus (Galva, IL) for Fall, Spring or Summer semesters.
• Encourage learning by preparing appropriate syllabi, developing content, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance students' educational experience.
• Develop and execute appropriate methods of evaluating student performance.
• Develop, secure, and maintain equipment and other instructional materials essential to the presentation of the classroom material.

• M.A. or M.S. in psychology is required.
• Successful experience in teaching or an appropriate, non‑teaching professional position preferable.
• Must possess demonstrated oral English proficiency for classroom instruction.
• Previous teaching experience in an online modality preferable.

Pay is commensurate with education and experience. Minimum starting pay for Master's degree candidates is $837.23 per credit/equated hour.
