Black Hawk College seeks a part‑time adjunct EMT/Paramedic Instructor. The successful candidate will participate in teaching classroom lectures and lab activities, assess skill competencies, and supervise clinical rotations.
Faculty member is expected to encourage learning by preparing appropriate syllabi; developing lectures, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance students’ educational experience; evaluating students’ performance; securing and maintaining instructional materials.
Paramedic license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois and Iowa required. Two years of teaching experience in a health‑related field preferred.
Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
