Anthropology Adjunct Faculty Position
Black Hawk College is seeking an adjunct faculty member for the Anthropology department. The position is part-time and adjunct with a salary range of $739.16 to $923.95 hourly. The job is located at the Quad Cities Campus in Moline, IL.
The responsibilities include providing appropriate classroom, clinical, or other instruction as assigned. The faculty member is expected to encourage learning by preparing syllabi, developing lectures, discussions, and other presentations to enhance the students' educational experience, and evaluating students' performance.
A Master's degree in anthropology is required, with academic preparation to instruct both anthropology and archaeology courses. Successful college-level teaching experience is preferred. Demonstrated oral English proficiency for classroom instruction is also required.
