Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Moline, IL. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to optimize manufacturing and automation solutions. This includes designing electrical systems, programming motion controllers and robotics, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements. The role will also involve integrating process control systems and ensuring their efficient operation in projects across various industries.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Process Control and Motion Control to design and optimize automated systems
  • Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Experience in Robotics and its integration with automated and manufacturing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or NQA-1 is preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in relevant industries such as healthcare, energy, or automotive is a plus
