The City of Moline is seeking a Design Engineer to plan and deliver high‑quality public infrastructure for residents and businesses. Under supervision, you will design streets, utilities, parks, and related facilities while aligning with ADA, IDOT, and Complete Streets standards.
You will prepare plans and technical documents, coordinate with staff, consultants, and contractors, and help ensure designs are safe, constructible, and compliant. PE license preferred; CPP processes may be involved.
