Overview
Seeking a Senior SAP FICO Analyst (10-14 years) with strong S/4

HANA Finance experience to support global finance operations. This role will act as an SME across SAP FICO modules, driving financial process improvements, compliance, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SAP FICO SME across Finance, Controlling & Product Costing

• Configure and support S/4

HANA Finance solutions

• Lead tax, intercompany, and compliance processes

• Support end-to-end P2P and O2C cycles

• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions

• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW, interfaces, and enhancements

• Perform financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting

• Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP FICO experience

• Strong hands-on in S/4

HANA Finance

• Expertise in tax, intercompany, and product costing

• Experience with integrations and enterprise finance environments

-Drive end to end analysis of financial data using SAP FICO Foundation to provide accurate insights that guide planning, forecasting and performance optimization across business units.

-Design and configure cost structures in SAP FICO Cost Centre Accounting to ensure transparent allocation of expenses that support responsible spending and strategic investment decisions.

-Manage and optimize SAP FICO Internal Orders to track project related costs in a precise manner that supports accountability, compliance and effective budget control.

-Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders in a hybrid environment to understand financial reporting needs and translate them into robust SAP FICO solutions that improve operational efficiency.

-Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO Foundation configurations, process flows and controls so that teams can operate systems consistently and comply with internal policies.

-Conduct detailed variance analysis on cost centres and internal orders using SAP FICO tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities that can improve profitability and resource utilization.

-Implement data validation and reconciliation routines in SAP FICO to maintain high data quality standards that support reliable reporting and regulatory compliance.

-Provide subject matter guidance on SAP FICO Foundation to project teams during enhancements and releases so that new solutions align with existing architecture and business objectives.
