Onsite Position
As a Financial Project Manager for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will:
- Be responsible for pension investment and equity compensation accounting
- Coordinate XBRL and support various aspects of SEC reporting
- Manage and support bulletin and worldwide accounting manual updates, reviews, and publication
- Support internal controls and financial reporting related special projects

What Skills You Need- Four or more years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or another related field
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter with the ability to work independently at times
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and ability to work with variety of business partners
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting systems and policies
- Understands the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure and financial reporting
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or another related field
