As a Van Driver (CNA), you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey. • Safely transport residents to and from appointments, medical facilities, and other locations as needed
• Ensure the comfort and safety of residents during transportation, providing emotional support and assistance as required
• Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, schedules, and resident status
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation of residents
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois
• Must hold a class E drivers license
• Ability to lift, bend, and move residents as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
