Overview
Licensed Physical Therapist — Full Time, Monday through Friday — Moline, Illinois.
Position Responsibilities- Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
- Treat patients, address concerns, provide education on injuries and conditions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed to meet goals per treatment plans and physician orders.
- Consult directly with treating physicians and cultivate effective relationships with referral providers.
- Document patient evaluations, re-evaluations, daily progress reports, treatments, and discharges in a timely and accurate manner for billable services.
- Maintain high-level care, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance; provide physical therapy services per guidelines and ORA clinical policies and standards.
This position requires a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Illinois. Prior outpatient orthopedic PT experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome. Candidates should have knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance, ability to implement PT processes, excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and strong organization and prioritization abilities.
