Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. FTE: 1.0. Salary: $37.82‑$56.74/hr sign‑on bonus: $10,000.

Dedicated Physical Therapist needed to evaluate, develop, and deliver customized treatment plans to alleviate pain and restore movement for patients at OP Rehab – Moline 44th – RI.

• Perform PT evaluation and develop plan of care per patient’s physical, mental, emotional, and developmental status.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices.
• Provide PT interventions per standards of care, policies, procedures, and laws.
• Supervise PT Assistants and Rehab Aides.
• Complete documentation for PT and PT Assistant students as assigned by CCCE.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in patient care conferences and staffing as appropriate for multidisciplinary patients.

• Accredited PT program:
  Bachelor’s prior to 2005, Master’s 2005‑2019, Doctorate 2020‑present.
• Current IA and IL Physical Therapy licensure (or eligible) upon hire.
• Current CPR certification.
