St. Croix Hospice in Moline, IL is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary care team. You’ll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, to support comfort, dignity, and quality of life at the end of life.
This full-time role requires Illinois CNA certification and a valid driver’s license. You’ll travel to patient homes, assist with personal care and daily living activities, and document observations for the care
